This episode features a reading from THE PLEASURE OF REGRET, a 2020 text published by BROKEN SLEEP BOOKS. The book contains poems and essays exploring class, romance, illness, ageing, mental illness and all the other serious topics raised elsewhere in this series.
‘A TIMELINE’ is a piece of prose structured as a blunt timeline, telling an optimistic tale with a sad coda… ‘BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER (BPD)’ is a frank and direct exploration of responding to being diagnosed with a serious psychological condition, a personality disorder.
