Claire Moore, author of It’s OK To Wobble, has been invited to take part in TriumphOfTheNow.com‘s “Ten Words or Fewer” interview format!
Read on below!
Q: What is the title of your book?
A: It’s OK to Wobble: Finding Health & Happiness in Midlife.

Q: Why did you choose this title?
A: Because wobbles are normal — and we need to say so.
Q: What’s the book about?
A: Midlife chaos, self-kindness, and laughing through the hormone storm.
Q: Why did you write this book?
A: To help women feel seen, strong, and less alone.
Q: And why now?
A: Midlife women need real talk, not perfection or diet plans.
Q: Describe the ideal reader of your book.
A: Forty-something, overwhelmed, kind, exhausted, and ready for change.
Q: As a writer, what’s the biggest challenge you face?
A: The constant need to tweak.
Q: What/who you do read?
A: Self help and murder mysteries – balance.
Q: Why do you read?
A: To either learn or escape.
Q: How do you relax?
A: Dog walks, binge watching Poirot, sometimes yoga.
Q: Do you have any pets? Why/why not?
A: One dog called Nellie. Chaos, cuddles, and unconditional love.

Q: What happened the last time you went on a first date?
A: I’m single so not much.
Q: What’s the best decision you’ve ever made?
A: Starting my women-only gym — it changed everything.
Q: Do you like routine or spontaneity?
A: Spontaneity inside structure. Routine with snacks.
Q: What do you need to thrive?
A: Purpose, connection, freedom — and women who hype each other.
Q: How do you nourish yourself on a psychological level?
A: Journaling, walks, honest friendships, naps.
Q: Describe your hairstyle.
A: Time consuming and thankful for the invention of GHDs
Q: What is the scariest thing?
A: Leaving this world thinking ‘If only’
Q: What’s the most popular thing that you don’t enjoy?
A: Running – not even for a bus
Q: What’s the most unpopular thing that you do enjoy?

Claire Moore is a personal trainer, Specialist Women’s Coach, and Menopause Movement Coach with over a decade of experience supporting women through midlife and beyond. She is the founder of Believe & Achieve Gym in Sheffield, an award-winning women-only space recognised twice as the UK’s Best Ladies’ Gym at the National Fitness Awards.
Claire is known for her honest, empowering, and no-nonsense approach to women’s health—championing strength over perfection, real life over unrealistic goals, and humour as a powerful tool for connection and change.
Her debut book, *It’s OK to Wobble: Finding Health & Happiness in Mid-Life – No Diets Required*, combines lived experience, expert insight, and straight-talking encouragement to help women feel strong, confident, and supported in their own skin—whatever stage of life they’re in.
When she’s not coaching or writing, Claire can usually be found with a cuppa in one hand, a Kit Kat in the other, and a firm belief that wobbles are just part of the process.
