Inspired by the architectural documentaries of Heinz Emigholz, this is a short meditative documentary showcasing ‘First Timeline’ by Philip Cote, Kwest, Jarus, a street art project located underneath a subway/metro/light rail bridge over the Humber River in West Toronto.
